Home Baked Goodness

With more than 15 years professional experience in the restaurant industry and a lifetime of pie baking tutelage from my mom, I believe my pies rival any contestant on The Great British Baking Show. I have a current ServSafe Certification, and I am fully prepared to make Home Produced baked goods with a professional presentation for you and your family & friends.

I specialize in a scratch made pies, freshly baked granolas, and wholesome homemade pancake mixes. During the Christmas season, I offer traditional rum soaked dark fruitcakes, 100% edible Gingerbread House Kits and hand pressed, gingerbread cookies using my heirloom 12 Days of Christmas cookie press.

I am always looking for new recipes and really enjoy finding new flavor combinations. No canned fruit or frozen crusts here. All of my pie fillings are made from scratch using the best quality ingredients I can find. My pie dough recipe is a family tradition from mom's days at the Buccaneer Restaurant in Continental Ohio.

In 2023 I began a journey to learn more about loose leaf teas and tea culture. I will be offering tastings and sales at live markets, and I am currently accepting bookings for Spring and Summer Tea Tasting events.
